4. AI Processing Transparency
- We use third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to analyze ads and generate insights. Data shared is limited to what is necessary.
- Outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
- We do not train our own or third-party models on your private uploads without your explicit consent.
5. Sharing & Disclosures
- Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), email (e.g., SendGrid), payments (e.g., Stripe), analytics, AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). They act under contract and process data on our behalf.
- Legal & safety: to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud/abuse.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures as needed.
